These terms govern the marketing website. The scope, fees, licence and support for a customer project are agreed separately in writing.
Provider and scope
The Viscore website is provided by AVX Reality Technology LLC-FZ. It explains product-specific 3D configuration, pricing, AI and integration solutions, presents work examples and supports project enquiries.
Company address and contact details appear below. External configurators for customer brands may have their own terms.
Project and partnership enquiries
Forms email your submitted details to our team. Sending an enquiry or exploring a demo does not create an order, paid subscription, partnership agreement or service contract.
Product scope, data preparation, delivery plans, fees, licensing, maintenance, support and partnership responsibilities are agreed separately. General descriptions on the website do not replace that agreement.
Demos, visuals and example amounts
3D demos and concept visuals explain a product selection experience. Screen colours, material appearances and illustrative layouts may differ from physical products. Dimensions and suitability should be confirmed with the relevant manufacturer or seller.
Example systems such as the pavilion are not technical production plans or structural calculations. Illustrative amounts in demos are not binding quotations or Viscore service fees. Actual prices, taxes, delivery and product terms are confirmed through the relevant offer.
Capabilities available in a project depend on product data preparation, system access and the agreed development scope.
Content and brand rights
The Viscore brand and company-owned website content belong to AVX Reality Technology LLC-FZ. Customer brands, logos, product designs and other third-party content belong to their respective rights holders.
You may browse and share page links. Commercial republication, use under another brand or copying software may require permission from the relevant rights holder. Uses permitted by law remain unaffected.
Appropriate use
Use the website and contact channels for lawful purposes.
- Do not send harmful files, misleading enquiries or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Do not seek unauthorised access, bypass security controls or disrupt the service.
- Do not disclose personal information or confidential documents you are not authorised to share.
- Do not present customer projects or third-party designs as your own work.
Customer projects and external services
External services may apply their own terms. Displaying a customer product does not mean that Viscore sells it or provides its product warranty.
Product orders, payment, manufacturing, warranties and delivery are agreed with the relevant manufacturer or seller. See the Privacy policy and Cookie policy for information about personal data.
Access and responsibility
We aim to keep content current. Maintenance, technical issues or changes to external services may make pages or demos temporarily unavailable. Continuous access or identical appearance on every device is not promised.
These terms do not remove mandatory legal rights or limit responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited. Separately agreed contracts apply to purchased services.
