Development around your product

From idea to launch, we build it together.

We start by understanding your product and turn its options into a clear experience. We plan the scope, review points and post-launch work together.

How we work

A clear next step at every stage.

From the first conversation to post-launch work, we review the product structure and user experience together.

  1. Discovery and scope

Understand the product and the need.

We review your product families, options and current sales journey. Together, we define the experience the first release should provide.

    • Review product and variant structures
    • Identify selection rules and user goals
    • Assess 3D content, pricing and integration needs
    Stage outcome

An agreed scope, priorities and preparation requirements.

  2. Content and design

    Make the experience tangible.

We assess your existing models or product references. We plan the 3D content, interface and selection steps around your brand.

    • Plan model and material preparation
    • Map the product selection and configuration journey
    • Review the interface and initial prototype
    Stage outcome

A reviewed user journey and a prototype to guide development.

  3. Development

Connect the options to a working system.

We develop the configuration rules and product visualisation. CPQ, AI and integrations agreed in the scope become part of the journey.

    • Implement module, material and compatibility rules
    • Build pricing and quoting where included
    • Connect to the agreed systems
    Stage outcome

A working configurator within the agreed scope, ready for joint testing.

  4. Testing and launch

    Validate real usage scenarios.

We check product selections, pricing rules and connections. We review the experience on target devices before moving to the agreed live environment.

    • Check product scenarios and rules
    • Review mobile usability and performance
    • Complete a joint pre-launch review
    Stage outcome

A reviewed experience and a planned release to the live environment.

  5. Maintenance and support

    Plan what comes after launch.

We review new product, option and sales requirements. Together, we define technical maintenance, content updates and further development.

    • Provide the agreed maintenance and support
    • Plan product and option updates
    • Prioritise new capabilities
    Stage outcome

A separately agreed maintenance scope and priorities for further development.

Before we begin

Start with what you already have.

You don’t need every file ready for the first conversation. We review the existing content together and include any preparation needed in the project scope.

Products and options

We can start with a single product group.

  • Product catalogue or product pages
  • Dimensions, modules and variant lists
  • Compatible and incompatible combinations

Visual and 3D content

We assess existing files where available.

  • 3D models or CAD files
  • Product photography and technical drawings
  • Fabric, colour and material references

Pricing and systems

We review these where relevant to the scope.

  • Price lists and calculation rules
  • Example quotes and product codes
  • Website, e-commerce, CRM or ERP setup

No 3D models yet?

We can review your product references together to define modelling and material preparation needs.

Scope and planning

Your product shapes the timeline and budget.

The relationships between options and the state of your existing content matter alongside product count. We plan preparation, review points and development together.

Explore the platform capabilities
Products and rules
Product families, the number of options and the complexity of compatibility rules.
Content preparation
Existing 3D models, materials and any new content that needs to be created.
Features and integrations
CPQ, AI and data exchange with your existing systems.

Define the first release together.

We agree on priority products and journeys to establish an initial scope. Further collections and capabilities can be planned as separate phases.

Development cost and post-launch maintenance and support are scoped separately.

Questions before we begin.

Common questions about preparation, development and post-launch work.

What should I share for the first conversation?

A short description of your products, the options you offer and the experience you want to create is enough. If available, we can start with a product page, catalogue or reference image.

Do our 3D models need to be ready?

No. We review your existing models, CAD files or product photography and drawings together. Web-ready modelling and material preparation requirements are defined at the start of the project.

Do all products need to launch at once?

We can choose a priority product or collection for the first release. Additional products, options and capabilities can be planned as later phases.

How are timing and pricing determined?

We assess your product rules, 3D content preparation, CPQ or AI capabilities and system connections together. The timeline and pricing are defined once the scope is clear.

Can products and prices be updated after launch?

We plan how products, options and prices will be managed around your existing systems. Technical maintenance, content updates and further development are scoped separately.
