This policy covers the Viscore marketing website, its demos, project enquiries and partnership enquiries. Customer projects opened through external links have their own data practices and terms.
Website operator and data controller
Viscore is provided by AVX Reality Technology LLC-FZ, registered in Dubai. The company is responsible for the use of personal information in communications and project enquiries sent to it. Its address and contact channel appear at the end of this page.
Information processed
When you visit, connection details such as your IP address, browser information and request time may be transmitted to the hosting infrastructure to deliver the pages. These technical operations are separate from cookie-based visitor measurement.
When you use Send on the homepage, project enquiry or partnership form, your details are submitted to the server and emailed to our team.
- Your name and email address, and company name if provided.
- Your chosen industry, solution of interest, project description and reference project where applicable.
- For partnership enquiries, your country or region, area of work, experience and customer profile; phone, website and collaboration idea if provided.
- Temporary connection information and request summaries used to prevent repeat submissions and abuse.
- A preference record for necessary functions and Analytics permission that contains no personal form details.
Form delivery by email
Form submissions are sent from the server using Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES). The delivery service is configured in the Frankfurt (eu-central-1) region.
A success notice means that the email service accepted the message. Delivery also depends on the recipient’s email service. If sending fails, the form fields remain on the page so you can try again.
Do not include identification documents, payment card details or health information that is not needed for an initial discussion. Share other people’s information only if you are authorised to do so.
Purposes and processing grounds
We use the contact, project and partnership details you send us to answer questions, review your requirements and discuss potential work together. An enquiry does not subscribe you to advertising or marketing messages.
Depending on the activity and applicable law, processing grounds may include pre-contractual steps requested by you, contract performance, legal obligations and legitimate interests in communication and system security, with regard to your rights. A separate activity requiring consent must be explained separately.
Form security: Google reCAPTCHA
The homepage contact, project enquiry and partnership forms use Google reCAPTCHA v2. The Google service loads when the verification field approaches the viewport; no form email is sent until verification succeeds.
During verification your browser connects to Google. Google may process connection, device, browser and interaction information for security checks and use security cookies such as _GRECAPTCHA. Links to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service appear beside the verification field.
Our server does not send your form name, email address or message to Google; it checks only the verification response. If you prefer not to use verification, email [email protected] directly.
Browser storage, analytics and demos
Google Analytics (measurement ID G-TDRB0MRTDB) loads only after you consent through Cookie preferences. It measures page views; contact and demo links; form starts, submission outcomes and successful enquiries; and demo starts and completions. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names and message contents are not sent to Analytics, and advertising storage remains disabled.
We keep the preference record in local storage for 180 days. If you allow Analytics, Google’s _ga and _ga_TDRB0MRTDB cookies may last up to 2 years by default. When you withdraw permission through the panel, measurement stops and accessible Analytics cookies are deleted.
Selections in this website’s demos are processed in the browser. Demo interactions are not sent to Google Analytics without Analytics permission. These example interactions are separate from the data practices of customer projects.
Service providers and international processing
Form details are transferred to Amazon Web Services’ Amazon SES service and the recipient’s email provider for message delivery. SMTP credentials are held on the server and are not sent to the visitor’s browser.
Google Analytics is used for permitted visitor measurement; hosting and technical support providers are used to deliver the service. These providers may process connection, device, approximate location and usage data under their service terms. Information may need to be provided to authorities where a legal obligation applies.
As the company is based in the United Arab Emirates and services may operate internationally, information you send us may be processed outside your country. Applicable transfer requirements must be assessed for the relevant activity. You can ask about providers and data use at [email protected].
Retention
Form fields are processed in browser and server memory during delivery. The website does not save form contents to persistent browser storage or an enquiry database. After an error, fields remain in page memory until you close the page.
IP information, email addresses and request summaries may be held temporarily in server memory for submission limits and duplicate checks. The control window is 10 minutes; expired records are removed on the next request check. These records help prevent abuse and repeat delivery of the same enquiry.
The need to retain emailed enquiries is assessed against ongoing discussions, project relationships, record-keeping obligations and the protection of rights. No single fixed period or automatic deletion date is specified for all messages. Contact us to ask about retention or request deletion where the relevant conditions are met.
Your rights and requests
Subject to the scope and conditions of applicable law, you may make the following requests.
- Ask whether your data is processed, for what purposes and with whom it is shared; request access or a copy.
- Request correction of inaccurate information and deletion or restriction where the relevant conditions are met.
- Object to processing and request data portability where applicable.
- Withdraw consent for consent-based processing without affecting earlier processing, and contact the competent authority.
Contact and policy updates
Send your request and contact details to [email protected]. Limited identity verification may be needed to protect your information. Requests are handled within the procedures and periods required by applicable law.
We update this policy when the website’s data practices change. The date above identifies the current version. New activities requiring additional notice or consent are not started through an unannounced policy change.
