Frequently asked questions

Common questions about yacht and boat projects.

Which types of yachts and boats can it support?

We can develop configurators for motor yachts, day boats, RIBs, tenders, sailboats and catamarans. Layouts, materials and equipment choices are defined around each model’s product structure.

How is engine and equipment compatibility managed?

We define the option lists, package contents and compatibility rules supplied by the manufacturer. Required equipment and mutually exclusive options are managed according to these rules.

Which files do we need to get started?

We can start with model lists, dimensions, layout plans, material samples and equipment options. We review existing CAD or 3D files for use on the web. If models are not available, we define the modelling scope from drawings and photographs.

Can it include dealer pricing and CRM integration?

Yes. Model and equipment pricing, currencies, dealer groups and quotation rules can be defined within the project. We connect to standard or custom-built CRM systems according to their data-sharing capabilities.

Can new models and options be added later?

Yes. New model years, materials and equipment packages can be added through maintenance and support. We agree on the update process and required information at the start of the project.
